β-glucanase and cellulase compound powder for pipeline cleaning in beer brewing
Sunhy Pipeline Cleaning Enzyme is an optimized enzyme cocktail recipe consisting of β-glucanase and cellulase. The product can be used to clean the pipelines, filter membranes, and filter medium in yeast fermentation process for beer brewing. It can degrade the polysaccharides and yeast residual, especially the yeast cell wall residual that cannot be degraded easily by standard acid or alkaline treatments.
Effective pH range: 3.0-8.0; Optimal pH range: 4.0-6.5
Effective temperature range: 20~70℃; Optimal temperature range: 45~55℃
- Increase the efficiency of pipeline cleaning;
- High activity, low dosage required;
- Significantly decrease the insoluble matter in yeast cell wall;
- Remarkably increase the solubility of insoluble matter, and decrease the residual.
0.05%-0.5% by raw material weight.
The optimum dosage should be determined according to the actual condition parameters.
After treatments by acid and alkaline, add enzyme into the warm water for washing, and soak the pipelines, filter membranes, or filter medium.
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep the temperature at 0℃~10℃ to extend shelf-life.
12 months at room temperature (25℃).
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately over 15 minutes with water if contact with skin or eyes.
