The recommended addition amount is 0.1%~0.5% of the protein substrate weight,and the optimal addition amount should be determined based on the specific conditions of the process.

Usage

The enzyme preparation was first dissolved in a small amount of water (5~ 10 times the volume) and then added to the hydrolysate, followed by thorough stirring.

Storage condition

Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to external environments.If a cold storage is available, it is recommended to store at 0°C-10°C to extend the product's shelf life.
