Benefit
Alkaline Protease TL515S can be used to remove fur on the leather during the liming process, improves leather quality, and cut down costs. It can also be used for soaking the leather during the immersion process and keep leather moisturized. TL515S is explicitly used for dried salt skin or wet salt skin, avoids leather rot during storage, and shortens the immersion time for about 4-6 hours.
Application for leather processing
Dissolve powder form into liquid, and spray directly on the leather surface or merge leather into the liquid enzyme. Alkaline Protease TL515S can be used in liming process and immersion process.
A small-scale test is suggested before mass production and avoids overdose or damage caused by leather quality variation.
Dosage: 0.1~0.5% of rawhide dry weight. Dosage can be adjusted by request.
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately with water if contact with skin or eyes.
