Product Description
Textile neutral cellulase powder for denim washing and coloring under medium temperature
Sunhy Neutral Medium Temperature Enzyme Powder is prepared by neutral cellulases and various additives in a refined scientific ratio. It can be used directly for denim fabrics and garments, promptly producing stone-washing, vintage, soft, polyester peach skin, and other effects. Part of the dye can be removed during yeast milling to obtain a softer hand feeling and a stylish, high-contrast look. After denim clothing is treated with Sunhy Neutral Medium Temperature Enzyme Powder, there are obvious blue and white dots, which are clear and dense, and have a good color retention effect, and causing low damage to the fabric.
Characteristics
• High contrast, big white dots;
• The indigo has a low degree of back-staining, which is especially effective for polyester-cotton pocket cloth;
• Reducing the amount of pumice stone, equipment abrasion, and wastewater treatment difficulty;
• Light-colored powdery solid, stable activity, convenient for transportation and storage.

Application
The following guidelines are based on conventional processes and production conditions. Due to the differences in local water quality and fabric types, users are requested to verify the appropriate dosage and conditions based on experiments to adapt to the user's proposed process and usage.
Recommended process conditions:
Temperature: 30-65 ℃ pH value: 5.5-7
Bath ratio: 5:1-20:1 Action time: 30-50 minutes
Product name | HT619S | HT613S | HT611S |
Addition amount | 0.05-0.15 | 0.3-0.6 | 0.4-0.8 |
The amount of enzyme is related to the type of fabric, application conditions, and process equipment. Please determine the amount of enzyme based on the experimental results. The fabric needs to be desized and then washed with enzyme powder. The effect of this series of enzyme powder is more obvious under high mechanical strength.
Inactivation:
After the treatment effect is reached, it must be inactivated by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate (increasing the pH to 10) or raising the temperature to 80 ℃ and keeping it for 10 minutes.
Storage
When stored at room temperature (25 ℃) for 6 months, the activity should not be lower than the labeled enzyme activity. Avoid long-term storage above 30 ℃. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a low temperature and dry place. Long-term storage or other harmful conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to increased product additions.
Safety
Sunhy Neutral Medium Temperature Enzyme Powder is a protein catalyst produced by biological fermentation, APEO-free, completely decomposed in the natural state. It won’t pollute the environment, and is safe and reliable to use. Please do not directly contact enzymes during operation and avoid long-term inhalation of its dust and aerosol. In case of enzymes directly on the skin, eyes or mucous membranes, please rinse with water immediately. (Regardless of GB 6944 "Classification and code of dangerous goods”, GB 13690 "Classification and Marking of Commonly Used Dangerous Chemicals" or GB 12268 "List of Dangerous Goods", enzymes are not considered dangerous goods. According to GB 20595 "Safety rules for classification, precautionary labelling and precautionary statements of chemicals Respiratory or skin sensitization" (GHS) enzymes are judged as respiratory allergies.)
