Application

The following guidelines are based on conventional processes and production conditions. Due to the differences in local water quality and fabric types, users are requested to verify the appropriate dosage and conditions based on experiments to adapt to the user's proposed process and usage.

Recommended process conditions:

Temperature: 30-65 ℃ pH value: 5.5-7

Bath ratio: 5:1-20:1 Action time: 30-50 minutes

The amount of enzyme is related to the type of fabric, application conditions, and process equipment. Please determine the amount of enzyme based on the experimental results. The fabric needs to be desized and then washed with enzyme powder. The effect of this series of enzyme powder is more obvious under high mechanical strength.

Inactivation:

After the treatment effect is reached, it must be inactivated by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate (increasing the pH to 10) or raising the temperature to 80 ℃ and keeping it for 10 minutes.

Storage

When stored at room temperature (25 ℃) for 6 months, the activity should not be lower than the labeled enzyme activity. Avoid long-term storage above 30 ℃. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a low temperature and dry place. Long-term storage or other harmful conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to increased product additions.
