Product Description
Textile acidic cellulase fabric processing and hydrolyzing
Sunhy acidic cellulase is a liquid cellulase produced by deep liquid fermentation of non-pathogenic microorganisms. It is a multi-component compound ecological and biological enzyme catalyst, which can catalyze the hydrolysis of protruding fibers on the fabric surface to generate short fibers, cellobiose, glucose, etc. After treatment with Sunhy acid cellulase:
• The amount of fluffing/pilling is significantly reduced;
• The fabric feels softer and smoother;
• The fabric is shinier, and the color is brighter;
• Fabric drape and water absorption have been significantly improved;
• After denim processing, the texture is clear, the frost spots are evenly distributed, the texture is smooth and soft, and the vintage style is apparent.
Scope of Application
•100% cotton fabric.
•Cotton/polyester and other blended fabrics.
•Linen and hemp fabrics.
•Denim.
•Other fabrics containing cellulose fibers.
Application Guide
The following guidelines are based on conventional processes and production conditions. Due to the differences in local water quality and fabric types, users are requested to verify the appropriate dosage and conditions based on experiments to adapt to the user's proposed process and usage.
Beware of the amount of cotton/chemical fiber blended fabric since overdose may cause the removal of cotton fiber, which may cause the chemical fiber to spread and fluff, causing the corners of the pants to turn white, and the hairiness cannot be removed.
Recommended process conditions: typical biological polishing method.
The conditions are as follows:
Equipment: Jet dyeing machine/high speed, rope dyeing machine/industrial washing machine
Equipment loading/speed: consistent with dyeing conditions
Bath ratio: 5:1-20:1, depending on the type of equipment
Processing time: 20~30 minutes; Processing temperature: 45~60 ℃; pH range: 4.5~5.5
Inactivation: It can be inactivated by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate (increasing the pH to 10) or raising the temperature to 80 ℃ and keeping it for 10 minutes. This process is controlled according to the weight loss of the fabric, and a better polishing effect can be obtained when the weight loss is 3-5%.

Sunhy acid cellulase is a clear brown liquid and its color varies with different models (color depth does not represent the level of enzyme activity). A slight fermentation odor.
Standard packaging: 30kg/drum 220kg/drum
Storage
When stored at room temperature (25 ℃) for 3 months, the activity should not be lower than the labeled enzyme activity. It is recommended to store at low temperatures to prevent direct sunlight. Avoid long-term storage above 30 ℃. Long-term, high-temperature storage or other harmful conditions may lead to increased impurities.
Safety
Sunhy acid cellulase is specially developed for industrial production, not for the food industry.
Sunhy acid cellulase is a protein catalyst produced by biological fermentation. It is safe and reliable to use. Please do not directly contact with enzymes during operation and avoid long-term inhalation of its dust and aerosol. In case of enzymes directly on the skin, eyes or mucous membranes, please rinse with water immediately. (Regardless of GB 6944 "Classification and code of dangerous goods”, GB 13690 "Classification and Marking of Commonly Used Dangerous Chemicals" or GB 12268 "List of Dangerous Goods", enzymes are not considered dangerous goods. According to GB 20595 "Safety rules for classification, precautionary labelling and precautionary statements of chemicals Respiratory or skin sensitization" (GHS) enzymes are judged as respiratory allergies. )
