SunCel L 1000, high-efficiency and liquid type cellulase used for aquatic feed.
Cellulose is a macromolecular polysaccharide composed of glucose. It is the main component of plant cell walls. Cellulose is the most widely distributed and most abundant polysaccharide, accounting for more than 50% in nature. However, animals cannot secrete cellulase, which results in a waste for dietary cellulose cannot be decomposed and utilized. Moreover, cellulose can absorb water, increase viscosity of the chyme, thus reduces the feed digestibility. SunCel L 1000 can hydrolyze cellulose containing β-1,4 glycosidic bond to produce oligosaccharides, which was finally degraded into glucose. SunCel L 1000 can be sprayed on extruded feed to reduce the content of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP), remove its anti-nutritional factors, improve the absorption of nutrients and increase the growth performance and feed conversion efficiency of animals.

Liquid form can be post-sprayed on aquatic feed for avoiding activity loss caused by pelleting temperature.
