SunPect 2000 ultrafine is a highly efficacious pectinase, produced from novel strains through submerged liquid fermentation technology. SunPect 2000 ultrafine can degrade pectin, the main anti-nutritional factors in the cereal feed. Because highly viscous pectin in animal digestive tracts results in lower digestibility of cereal and its by-products, and limits the utilization of nutrients. Thus, SunPect 2000 ultrafine can efficiently eliminate the anti-nutritional effects of pectin and enhance nutrients digestibility and absorption in animals.
