Product Description
HyDrolip E+ is an innovative emulsifier by adding lipase to sucrose fatty acid ester. HyDrolip E+ can improve the utilization of fats and fat-soluble nutrients in commercial feed, and promote fat digestibility and absorption.
Product characteristics
Main ingredient: sucrose fatty acid ester and lipase.
Non-ionic emulsifier: safe, stable, and adaptive for feed processing and the animal GIT environment.
Oil-in-water system.
Optimum HLB is 11-12.
Neutral to slightly acidic lipase: complement lipase to promote fat digestion.
Low CMC: low dosage and cost.
Small micelle: 5-7 μm, better efficacy.

Table 2: Comparison of different types of emulsifiers in the market
Emulsifier Type | Pros | Cons |
Soya phospholipids | Natural emulsifier | Not easy to disperse in the aqueous phase. |
Not heat-stable. | ||
Lysophospholipids | Low dosage. | Water-in-oil form, less efficient in the aqueous phase. |
Stable at both low and high temperature, and different pH. | ||
Bile salts | Natural emulsifier. | Negative effect on endogenous production of bile salts. |
Resolved by pancreatic lipase, and absorbed in the intestinal tract. | Taste is not good. |
