Flavor protease for protein degradation to remove bitter peptide in food


SunteFlavourzyme is an effective and safe protease compound to remove the bitterness in both animal- and plant-based proteins, and improves the flavor of meat and plant-based protein sources. It includes both endonuclease and exonuclease.

Effective pH range: 5.0-9.5; optimal pH range: 6.0-8.5.

Effective temperature range: 30-75℃; optimal temperature range: 50-60℃.

Add after diluted with a moderate amount of water.

Suggested dosage: 0.1%-0.5%, measured with the weight of substrates.


NOTE: Flavor Protease must be used with endonucleases. 



Store in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight and contact with the external environment. If a cold storage room is available, storage at 0-10℃ will extend the shelf-life. 



12 months at room temperature (25℃).



Avoid the inhaling of the enzyme powder. Flush with water immediately for more than 15 minutes in case of direct contact of the enzyme with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
